“Baxter Rosewood, originally from Utah, has lived on the Big Island for two decades. He attending University of HI @ Hilo and graduated with a degree in Digital Design and Welding in 2010.
For many years, he lived and worked in Pahoa, HI , where he primarily managing macadamia nut orchards including harvesting, processing and shipping accompanied by his spouse, Torisha Rosewoodand his lovely dogs, Bones and Blacky.
Baxter is Big Island Farms orchard restoration manager and our macadamia nut expert tending to over 40 acres of mature trees and building new orchards annually throughout the property. As an avid outdoor enthusiast, he loves tending the land clearing invasive trees while embellishing the orchard using organic methods while caring for these beautiful lands.
